How to Download & Setup Darb

Download the App

Search for "Darb" on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and install the official app published by ITC.

Open the app and sign up using your email address or a valid UAE mobile number.

Enter the OTP sent to your email or phone to verify your account and log in securely.

Navigate to "My Cards," select "Add Card," and input the serial number located on the back of your Hafilat card.

Check Your Balance in the App

Keeping track of your funds is simple. Once your card is added, the balance displays prominently under the My Cards section on the home screen.

Note on Pending Credit: If you recently topped up via the app, the transaction might show as "Pending". To complete the sync, simply tap your card on the validator machine when you board your next bus.
